THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.
Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide One-Time Annual Inspection of Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems for the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC) located at 13800 Veterans Way Orlando, FL 32827. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey.
For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), and the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10.
Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for One-Time Annual Inspection of Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems. Capability statements shall include the following business information:
SAM Unique Entity ID
Organization Name
Organization Address
Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address)
Business size for NAICS: 561621 Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths)
Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc.)
Narrative that addresses the organization s qualification and ability to perform as a prime contractor for One-Time Annual Inspection of Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and general and specialized equipment necessary to test and document for annual inspections for the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC).
