Description

This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)



The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: The lab located in 4A-304 is not properly venting fumes and potentially harmful vapors remain in the occupied space. There are a series of vent ducts stubbed through the ceiling. The ducts are connected together in the false ceiling space then tie into an exhaust duct in the interstitial floor above. New lab equipment needs to be connected to the system. A new system needs to be designed for all current lab equipment with capability for future expansion and installed. The new system shall be as energy efficient as possible while not reducing the effectiveness of the required design.
