Description

The Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: Record-USA, 4324 Phil Hargett Court, Monroe, NC 28110.





The Contractor shall install automatic door openers for the existing double doors at clinic corridor C2-60 of the Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC)/VA Gulf Coast Veterans Affairs Health Care System in Pensacola Florida in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Record-USA is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the VA/JACC Pensacola, 790 Veterans Way, Pensacola, Florida 32507.
