The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for LAN Drops. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA2823-23-Q-A003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with small business size standard of $16.5M. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated on a Best Value basis IAW FAR 13.106(1)(a)(2)(i) and the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:

i. technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement;

ii. price;

iii. past performance

The government will not accept refurbished/used equipment. There will be no advance payments. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for:

LAN Drops – Qty 12, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, dated 9 November 2022. Quotation must be submitted per the following line item structure:

CLIN 0001 – LAN Drops for Room 119

CLIN 0002 – LAN Drops for Room 204

CLIN 0003 – LAN Drops for Room 233

QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quoters shall provide any necessary literature in order to determine technical acceptability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Quoters shall provide any necessary documentation to verify past performance.

QUOTE MUST BE FOB DESTINATION: Award will be made to the best value quote (including shipping costs).

EGLIN AFB COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: Quotes must meet all the requirements of Eglin AFB Base Communications Squadron.

DELIVERY: 30 Days ARO.

Please provide SAM UEID or CAGE Code, and include any shipping charges in the final quote. Quoters must be registered in System Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All questions are due no later than 4:00 PM Central Time, 8 November 2022.
