Description View Changes

Requirement for hotel rooms and parking space for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in St. Augustine, Florida with an anticipated 25 rooms needed for Friday, 3 February 2023 and 8 rooms needed for Saturday, 4 February 2023. Room count will be finalized on 27 January, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. Conference space, A/V equipment, and refreshments will also be needed for the event. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 3 February 2023 until 2pm Saturday, 4 February 2023. A site visit of offered hotel may be required prior to award of contract.



Last day for questions is Thursday, 22 December 2022 at 12:00 pm.
