Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under sole source basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation- Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, to support United States Navy (USN) and Boeing Software requirements development, integration and test to facilitate software qualification of the P-8A weapons system and validation of end-product performance in accordance with the P-8A LRASM System Design Specification (SDS) and interface control Document (ICD). The Contractor shall support the interface control working group (ICWG) to resolve and clarify ICD interpretation and implementation into the P-8A weapons system.

This action was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements” per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 19-0004 Amendment 0001 dated 1 November 2022- redacted version attached to this announcement.
