This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation documents will be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 70Z02823Q5205057.

The U. S. Coast Guard Base Detachment Miami has a requirement to purchase 45 RM-M STANDARD HOSE KIT as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. The requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), the contractor shall deliver the hoses in according to the part numbers and quantity. The attached SOW list the item for the kits. The requirement is to provide enough material to fill 8 Kits.

All quotes must be received before the solicitation closing date. Please see the attached SOW and related documents for the specifics of the requirements.

The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Government. The award is based on Lower Price Technical Acceptable.

Company’s quotes/proposals shall include the following:

2. Name, Address, Telephone Number, and POC for offerer


3. Price, Availability, and any discount terms. We are a Tax Exempt Agency; please do not include Federal or State Tax in the price.


4. The deliver cost must be included, if the cost is more than $100.00. It must be listed as a separate line item.


5. Company Tax Information Number and Unique Entity ID Number MUST BE registered and active within the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
