Multimedia mission-based turnkey System Solution

Building 90, Eglin AFB, FL

Estimated Award Date: 15 Feb 2023 with a projected install date beginning April 2023.

The government requirement is for a comprehensive multimedia mission-based turnkey solution. Design, build, install, provide maintenance/support, turnkey solution. At proposal phase, a pre-design site visit shall be scheduled.

Multimedia mission-based solution focus: Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) facility test environment, laboratories, conference rooms, collaboration rooms and training spaces.

The solution shall be a comprehensive full-facility multimedia collaborative environment where multi routed video and audio signals can be presented and represented in any room either simultaneously or individual at any time.

Solution shall have commonality of operation throughout the facility.

The system solution shall be installed in a new test facility under construction at Eglin AB, FL. The building design drawing references are outlined below.

• Reference Cyberspace Test Group Facility, Eglin AFB, FL Engineer Drawing FTFA 16-3007, to be sent via DOD-Safe (drawings provided on request).

Use the facility drawings for reference, key drawings listed below provide key information for the multimedia solution. Specific requirements are identified under the technical requirements section of this SOO and utilize the entire FTFA 16-3007 for guidance.
