Description

The purpose of this contract is to fulfill the need to purchase and install a modern projector capable of projecting not only a

bright, but also a clear image onto the stage wall of a brightly-lit room filled with natural light.



Contractor will make a site visit on 9 February 2023 to NAS Pensacola to create a 3D and bird’s-eye-view layout of the

customer’s workspaces to ensure optimal placement of the projector. Contractor must submit the 3D and bird’s-eye-view

layout with their bid. Contractor shall provide a 3D and bird’seye- view layout of customer’s workspaces to ensure optimal

placement of chapel furniture to ensure optimal viewing. A by name list of Site Visit attendees must be provided to RP1

Darryl Nelson via email @ darryl.d.nelson5.mil@us.navy.mil, no later than Monday 6 February 2023. In order to gain base access

attendees must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle registration. Contractor will install the projector according to

established floor plan, and discard the old projector and carry away all set up debris. The Contractor shall provide on-site

training to the chapel Staff. For thirty days after installation the Contractor shall provide technical support of equipment to

ensure functionality within 48 hours of receiving request. Contractor shall remove and discard the currently installed

projector and will install the new projector according to 3D and bird’s-eye-view layout. The projector shall have capabilities

and characteristics similar to the following:



- EK EK-833DU 13000 Lumens Laser Projector

- Eiki AH-AC3030 long Throw Power Zoom Lens
