Description

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 12,673 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 11,024 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office space using the full and open competition practices for a new/replacing lease for the Social Security Administration. A lease was awarded to 900 Leesburg, LLC.



The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $344,578.87 at a rate of $28,714.91 per month for years 1-10. The lease term shall be 10 years long with 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease within 90 days of written notice to the lessor after the firm term.
