Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for media outlets, publishing and/or broadcasting and aerial marketing, and community-based organization(s) to help promote awareness of individual assistance and updates to qualified individuals. FEMA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with procedures identified in FAR Part 15 & 8.404 to the contractor representing the best value to the Government.



This RFQ will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set aside IAW the Robert T. Stafford Act Disaster Area Set-Aside IAW FAR 26.2 (Local area Set-Aside) Disaster or Emergency Assistance Activities. This requirement is being set-aside for Small Businesses with a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule that resides or primarily does business in the state of Florida.
