NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive proposals for Fleet Management Services.

Bid specifications for this project can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541. Bid submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP No. 22-12-PW, FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the bidder, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, on November 17, 2022 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.

The City of Destin has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified companies interested in providing Fleet Management Services, including the procurement of vehicles through leasing or purchasing options, from a qualified bidder with a large scope of services to the City. The City invites all qualified companies with prior demonstrative experience in providing Fleet Management Services, including, but not limited to: options for the procurement of gas-, diesel-, and electric vehicles; upfitting of after-market products; fleet management technologies, including telematics, fleet monitoring, and motor pool/fleet software and systems; roadside assistance including towing, emergency charging, mechanical repair and other repairs necessary to return vehicles and equipment to safe operation; installation, operation, and maintenance of dedicated charging stations; and battery longevity monitoring and replacement plans.
