The City of Green Cove Springs seeks proposals from a Planning or Interdisciplinary firm with experience in Comprehensive Planning, Economic Development, Community Revitalization, and / or Landscape Architecture strategies to complete a Downtown Form Based Code. Qualified Candidates will be experienced in undertaking planning efforts in a collaborative manner that involves a diverse spectrum of stakeholders.
