The City of Hialeah (“City”) has issued this Intention for Bid(“IFB” or “Solicitation”) for the purpose of entering into an agreement with a company that is capable of timely and efficiently providing the City of Hialeah's Police, Fire and General employees with uniforms and related services on an as needed, when needed basis as specified herein. Said services shall be provided at the lowest price, as specified herein, from a company that will give prompt, efficient, and quality service while fully complying with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Solicitation. The Proponent must have the capacity to service efficiently and expeditiously each of the facilities indicated herein.

The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with responsive and responsible Bidder(s) for the purchase and installation of municipal vehicle equipment, Citywide, on an as-needed basis.
