REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 2023-01

The Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (MCRA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms for MCRA No. 2023-01 CONSULTING SERVICES FOR MCRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN UPDATE. The purpose of this RFP is to develop an amended CRA Plan by providing a comprehensive CRA Plan update. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, Second Floor, Margate City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Commission Chambers of Margate City Hall, located at 5790 Margate Boulevard, Margate, FL 33063.

RFP packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form. Qualifications:

The Consultant shall have knowledge of state regulations and laws pertaining to the administration and modification of CRA Plans, and shall work with the CRA and the City to meet and navigate all regulatory challenges.
