Scope of Work
This Development Opportunity is for experienced developers to create sustainable mixed-use development, and/or specific-use development of targeted publicly owned sites.
Questions concerning this Development Opportunity must be submitted electronically via email to cmfitsemons@ocalafl.org . Binding written responses will be emailed to the proposer asking a question. Any questions, clarifications, or changes that impact the Development Opportunity offering will also be posted electronically under the corresponding listing on www.bidocala.com . It is the responsibility of the proposers to check for updates and addenda. Submit development proposals to cmfitsemons@ocalafl.org . Responses received by any other method will not be considered. Each development proposal will be reviewed and considered upon submission. Proposals must be clear, succinct and not exceed twenty (20) pages, excluding conceptual site plans, attachment materials, and proposal cover letter. All submittals should be complete and contain all required content. Ensure your proposal is the best offering and includes all considerations and design options for each site. Selection for development negotiation may be based solely on your proposal. This is a non-binding Development Opportunity until such time as the City negotiates and approves a development agreement with the successful proposer(s)/respondent(s). |
