Scope of Work
The City of Ocala requires a vendor to provide Alcatel Lucent hardware and software as described herein and in Exhibit B – Price Proposal. The City’s main core Alcatel network/internal switches and associated equipment are nearing the end of life and require a network refresh. The purchase of network/internal switches and associated equipment will ensure system reliability as well as redundancy in the Ocala fiber network. The hardware and software will be deployed throughout the network to accommodate future growth and increased network bandwidth needs. 3. Bidder must have a location in Florida and be authorized to sell Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise equipment.
4. Bidder must be a current ALE ACFE LAN Certified Engineer.
