Due Date : 4/6/2023 2:00 PM Scope: The City of Palm Coast intends to request bids for milling & resurfacing of the arterial roadways shown in the plans attached in Appendix âFâ. This will include milling 1.5 inches or 2 inches of asphalt and replacing with 1.5 inches or 2 inches, respectively, of asphalt to include, striping and utility valve/ manhole adjustments. Arterial roadway work will include areas of base repair and shoulder work. Alternate bids 1 and 2 will include the milling and resurfacing of residential roadways at a depth of 1.5 inches.
