Hillsborough County Water Resource Services requires qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) with experience in Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Ruskin and Wimauma Low Pressure Sewer System and Septic Conversion Project as further defined in the attached Request for Qualifications documents, Technical Specifications and Plans. In accordance with Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 21-17 (Construction Apprenticeship Program), the requirements and resulting contact requires at least 12% of the Labor Hours for Apprentices.
