Project Name: Municipal Service Tax Benefit Unit Engineer of Record Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to provide and perform professional consulting services including, but not necessarily limited to, conduct surveys, develop design alternatives, prepare an environmental impact summary, develop traffic data, prepare final plans and specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, contract documents, all governmental permit applications, coordinate all utility system adjustments, provide construction administrative support services in accordance with permits which may be required for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, South Florida Water management District, and Lee County Department of Community Development.
