The Board of County Commissioners, “the County” is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction and deployment of a minimum of 44 pre-fabricated artificial reef modules in a minimum of eight (8) patch reefs (minimum of 5 modules per patch reef) within the Walton County Miramar/Frangista Artificial Reef permitted area located approximately three (3) nautical miles offshore of Miramar Beach in the Gulf of Mexico at a depth of approximately 68-80 feet.
RFP closes February 5, 2019 no later than 3:30 PM local time and will open immediately thereafter.
OUR AREA IS NOT A GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT FED EX. OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON ALL FRIDAYS. WE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED ON JAN. 21, 2019. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR TO ENSURE SUBMITTALS ARE RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE ON DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED.
LATE SUBMITTALS RECEIVED AFTER THE FOREMENTIONED DEADLINE DATE, EITHER BY MAIL, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND RETURNED UNOPENED. THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING AGENT’S OFFICE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FIRM FOR ASSURING THAT THE RFP IS RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC OR ORAL RFP WILL BE ACCEPTED.
