The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.
This project involves the construction of a multi-level, observation tower and adjoining ADA compliant ramp. The tower involves the completion of wood framing and decking on an existing wood vertical pile frame. The ramp structure will involve the construction of three vertical steel towers with connecting ramps allowing for ADA access to the tower. The new ramp and tower structure will be connected to the existing boardwalk infrastructure on the property.
In addition to the ramp and tower, the project includes modifications to the parking lot access to the boardwalk to allow ADA access. This includes re-configuration of the parking lot to add two ADA compliant parking spaces and an ADA access ramp to the existing boardwalk. All applicable ancillary work and permitting is required for a complete system.
The estimated budget for this bid is $2,600,000.00

Instructions for attending the Go To Meeting are detailed in Exhibit CMT of the Bid document. Bidders are urged to be prompt and familiarized with the bid documents. The pre-bid is not mandatory.
