Description:

This sale consists of two areas totaling 43 acres on two different Tracts. Sale Area 1 is a 23-acre marked pine thinning with hardwood harvest on the Mattair Springs Tract in Suwannee County. The leave trees are marked with orange paint at eye level. All unmarked trees are to be harvested and all marked trees are to remain standing and unharmed. Sale Area 2 is a 20-acre clear-cut of pine and hardwood on the Bell Springs Tract in Columbia County.

Qualifications:
