The City is hereby requesting sealed proposals in response to this RFP #PR2023-01, Tennis clay court rebuilding & resurfacing improvements. The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for the services necessary for the completion of the project in accordance with the Scope of Services, (EXHIBIT 1, Attachments A & B) and the plans and/or specifications, if any, described in this Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as “the Project” or “Project”).
