REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified.

TREE TRIMMING and TREE REMOVAL SERVICES

RFQ NUMBER 2023-025

The City of Lauderhill, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY will be accepting sealed replies to Request For Qualification (RFQ) in the office of the City Clerk, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Suite 421, Lauderhill Florida 33313, until 12:45 P.M. For furnishing the services under the Tree Trimming and Tree Removal Services / RFQ 2023-025 on April 19, 2023 and will open such proposals at 1:00 P.M. in Room 135, City Hall, 5581 West Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, Florida 33313. Proposals received after 12:45 P.M. EST will not be considered and will be returned to the submitter unopened.

As a part of the City’s continual efforts to beautify and maintain the City and to continue to make the City of Lauderhill a safe and desirable place to live, the City of Lauderhill is seeking to assemble a list of qualified licensed commercial service providers to provide Citywide TREE TRIMMING and TREE REMOVAL SERVICES on an as needed basis .

All eligible Contractors will be selected to be placed on the Contractor Roster. Roster eligibility is for three (3) years from the date of award. The City reserves the right to renew eligibility for two (2) additional one (1) year period based on the Contractor’s acceptable level of performance.

The successful proposer(s) shall be required to work primarily in the City’s rights-of-way and shall provide proper signage and safety supplies to ensure safe working conditions. The CONTRACTOR shall be available to work during days and times when traffic flow is not heavy to enhance safety and reduce the impact to traffic conditions.
