Item 11 in the Bid Invitation covers proof of insurance and states: “Terms and Conditions #45, provides additional information.” There isn’t a number 45 in the Bid Invitation or the Federal T&C
Item 14 of the Bid Invitation also says that by signing we agree to the “…general terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, and specifications.”
Aside from the provided Federal Terms and Conditions are there additional terms we need to be made aware of? If so, can you provide those?

The reference to #45 in Attribute 11 is not correct. The Federal Terms & Conditions can be found on the Attachments Tab in Ionwave.

Regarding delivery, attribute 17, do classroom libraries need to be delivered and shelved in each classroom? Or, can the boxes be delivered to the side and indicate grade level/classroom they are intended for?

Vendor
must
ship ordered agreed upon by the District directly to individual schools. All shipping costs must be included in line item pricing as outlined in Attribute 13 -Delivery. These materials will be labeled with information to be determined after the award.
The District is also requesting for vendors to provide information about their ability and availability to provide the service of delivery and unpacking of books in each individual classroom at each Elementary School during during the months of June and July 2023. if this is applicable, please use the additional space provided for a pricing breakdown.
