The Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) issued this Request for Proposals to secure proposals for the acquisition of a CRA-owned property, located at 608 West Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, FL 33004 (BCPA ID: 5042 34 01 2520) to be developed as for-sale low-income (80% AMI) affordable or workforce (140% AMI) affordable housing, or some combination thereof. The CRA will consider proposals from experienced, qualified affordable housing developers/providers, with the financial capability to acquire the property at the agreed upon price and complete the development of the property in a timely manner.

Sealed Responses shall be received until 10:00 a.m. EDT on September 18, 2023, and must be submitted electronically on DemandStar, the City’s designated electronic bidding system.

The Responses will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. EDT on that same day utilizing Zoom meeting software. Interested parties may join the opening with the information below.
