The City of Dania Beach, Florida, will be accepting sealed Bids for its “I.T. PARKER COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION, ITB 22-032”.


I.T. Parker Community Center is one of the most popular and utilized facilities in the City of Dania Beach. It includes a meeting room, a large banquet hall with a stage and full dance floor along with an adjoining full kitchen. The center sits along the water and features an outdoor patio with a grill and picnic seating.

This renovation will update and modernize the space and create suitable workspace for City staff.
