The City of Dania Beach, Florida, and the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency will be accepting sealed Proposals for “OUTSIDE LEGAL COUNSEL IN VARIOUS PRACTICE AREAS, RFQ NO. 22-031”.

This is a re-opening of RFQ 22-031 for pre-qualified law firms that was originally posted on November 28, 2022 (November RFQ). The City of Dania Beach will consider all proposals received in response to the November RFQ in addition to any new responses to this RFQ. Respondents to the original RFQ do not need to resubmit their proposal. However, Respondents to the November 28, 2022 issuance of RFQ 22-031 are free to change or supplement their previous response or to provide a new response.

The City Attorney desires to establish a list of highly qualified outside legal counsel eligible to provide legal assistance to the City, when and if determined by the City Attorney, in certain specialized areas of the law or in the event of conflict counsel is required (the “Eligibility List”). Therefore, the City Attorney is currently seeking experienced, well-qualified attorneys and/or law firms to potentially serve as outside or conflict counsel services for the City in a variety of practice areas as set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Proposals will be accepted on DemandStar until Monday, April 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Proposals received after this time will be rejected. Proposals will be opened immediately after the submission deadline; interested parties may join the opening with the information below:
