The purpose of this solicitation for the Real Estate Consulting Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a consulting firm or team to assist JEA in planning, evaluating and positioning JEA’s strategic real estate sites for reuse. The first assignment is evaluation and positioning of the former St. Johns River Power Park (SJRPP) property located in northeast Jacksonville. A description of the site is contained in Appendix A - Technical Specification/Scope of Work.
