The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a responsible bidder to provide construction services for a new Class II Pump Station to be constructed at 5838 Pompano Drive. The work consists of:
• Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and taxes necessary to construct a JEA Standard Class II duplex submersible PS with ability to add a third pump.

• Construction is to be in accordance with the attached plans, specifications and all applicable JEA Wastewater Standards.
• Associated demolition, utility relocations, bypass pumping, paving work, and associated improvements.
• The construction shall neither result in a disruption of, nor interfere with, the functional operation of any existing utilities.
