The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a Qualified Proposer that can provide engineering services for the design and construction of a reclaimed water ground storage tank (1.25 MG of usable volume), pumps, an enclosure, an electrical room, a back-up power generator, and an access road, to be located at the existing Ridenour Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 102 Kernan Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida.
