The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Responsible Bidder for construction services for the replacement of the McMillan Street Pump Station Force Main. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to access site, clean, CCTV, inspect, test, and rehabilitate the existing 42-inch McMillan Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) force main, and grout fill the existing 18-inch Kinlock force main per Appendix A Drawings and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall strictly follow JEA’s Water & Sewer Standards Manual. Additional information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications.

All work must be completed, and the site cleaned by August 13, 2023, prior to the start of school on August 14, 2023.
