The Purpose of this solicitation includes engineering services for the design and construction of the Westside Service Center (WSSC) Glove Lab and Administration Building located at 6727 Broadway Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida. The new building will be located along the fence line on the southeast corner near building 6. The new facility will include administrative office space, updated lab, and a larger conference room for staff meetings.
