The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified developers to design and construct a residential multi-family development, preferably townhouses, or commercial development on two prominent sites (“Sites”) located on the east side of North Powerline Road between NW 3 rd Street and NW 4 th Court in Pompano Beach. The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) process is to select a qualified residential multi-family or commercial developer with proven experience, financial resources and professional expertise to develop a high-quality residential or commercial development. The Sites are two separate assemblies of property. The north assembly consists of five (5) vacant parcels totaling 33,525 square feet located on the east side of North Powerline Road between NW 4 th Street and NW 4 th Court. The south assembly consists of three (3) vacant parcels totaling 35,811 square feet located on the east side of North Powerline Road between NW 3 rd Street and NW 4 th Street. The CRA will receive sealed proposals until 2:00:00 p.m. (local), October 5, 2022 . Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Pompano Beach’s (“City’s”) eBid System on or before the due date and time. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified herein will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Proposer. Proposer must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The solicitation documents can be downloaded for free from the eBid System as a pdf at: https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net . The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than from the eBid System. Proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A list of Proposers will be read aloud in a public forum.
