Addendum No. 5: ITN DOT 11/12-2328 Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) Operation and Maintenance of the 511 Traveling Public Information System for North Florida

A Public Meeting of the Technical Review Team will be held Monday, April 30, 2012 at 3:00 pm at:

Department of Transportation, Jacksonville Urban Office

2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida

The Technical Review Team will review the individual summary evaluations, discuss, and come to a consensus for recommending to the Executive Committee the ranking of the vendors in order of preference based on their technical approach and capabilities.

Agenda for Meeting to Summarize and Rank firms

- Summarize evaluations of Initial Replies, Technical Proposals and Oral

Interview sessions.

- Rank firms evaluated from highest to lowest.

- Announce the recommendation of the Ranked firms in the order of ranking.

- Announce when the Executive Committee will make a decision on the order

of ranking and when the ranking decision will be posted on the Vendor Bid

System (VBS).

- Adjourn meeting.

€ Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), F.S., shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S. €
