This is a PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) 8 C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center
intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) Qty 14 Mobile WELCH ALLYN Procedure Lights & QTY 4 WELCH ALLYN General Exam Lights Brand Name or Equal.

The RFQ solicitation 36C24824Q0740 will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or about the 22th March 2024. All solicitation packages and amendments must be accessed at this website. 1. Background: The C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center Primary Care has a requirement for Qty 14 Mobile WELCH ALLYN Procedure Lights & QTY 4 WELCH ALLYN General Exam Lights Brand Name or Equal. This is in support of the Bay Bines Building 1 Primary Care activation. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary for Brand Name or Equal deliverables described in this Statemen of Need (SON).
2. Scope of Work: Welch Allyn GS 900 (44900) Mobile Procedure Light & Welch Allyn General Exam Light GS 300 (44400) is the basis of design (BOD). This unit will be used within the new primary care clinic to perform minor medical procedures in the dermatology (QTY 14- Mobile GS 900) and primary care (QTY 4- General GS 300) departments.
