This award is for a new four year sole source contract for Program Years 1 - 4 requirements for the manufacture and delivery of Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) that include HELLFIRE II Missiles and Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM) in containers in support of US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, special customers and various foreign military sales customers. The effort is to procure AGMS requirements that include a maximum quantity of 8,000 missiles per year. Additionally, the contract consists of HELLFIRE and JAGM Guidance Sections, Quality Assurance Lot Verification Test Support, Government Furnished Property Maintenance, Non-Recurring Engineering Support for New Missile Models, Government Furnished Equipment Storage, Last Time Buy Material, Electromechanical Control Actuation System Ramp-up. The contract consists of a base year and three one-year option periods.

This contract action was not awarded competitively. The contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements".
