South: W on Lake Avenue/E Kennedy Boulevard/W Kennedy Boulevard to W State Road 434.

Additional Requirements
- Space must be contiguous on one or multiple floors.
- Offered space must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
- Offered space on the first floor will be subject to a security review to determine feasibility as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer.
- Offered space must not be located above a drive-through.
- Crash rated planters or crash rated bollards to prevent vehicles from crashing into the building may be required based on security review.
- A sally port, loading dock, private stairwell, or elevator must be available for prisoner transport. In a multi-tenant building, where a private elevator is not possible, tenant agency must be able to secure and control the elevator during prisoner transport.

The following entities must not be collocated within the offered building:
- Federal, State, and local agencies whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements.
- Private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements.
- Agencies providing probation and/or parole services.
- Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs.
- Agencies providing social services.
- Halfway houses.
- Residential units.

Building entrances/exits cannot be located within close proximity (minimum 1,000 walkable feet) of certain locations, which include but are not limited to:
- A Drug-free zone.
- Schools.
- Areas where drug activities are prevalent.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
