This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time

of Wednesday 30 August 2023 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). IF shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping. See the attached redacted brand name or equal justification for description and quantity. COMMAND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE Synopsis



The Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU) has a requirement to procure an all-terrain vehicle for command use. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order, on a brand name or equal basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. The Polaris brand Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Premium with Pro Armor Harvester Tires has been identified as a brand and model that meets requirements. ATVs of equal salient characteristics will also be considered. Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), 321 Bullfinch Road, Panama City, FL 32407. NAICS Code 336999. PSC is 2310.
