Description

The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to replace the roof drain pipe at the ORL Air Traffic Control Tower in Orlando, FL

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business Plumbing Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below

General Statement of Work:



ORL ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace the roof drain pipe at the ORL Air Traffic Control Tower in Orlando, FL in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with the solicitation.

1. Contract performance time is 14 calendar days after NTP.

2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160 - Roofing contractors.

4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million.

5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is expected to be less than $50k.

6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available by December 2023. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by November 17, 2023.
