The requirement is to provide one (1) Retractable Bitt Assembly. Part Number EJ-52004, enabling USS DONALD COOK (DDG75) to maintain full operation and remain fully mission capable.

The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) these services fall under is 333991, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing with a size standard of 700 employees.
