Purpose and Objectives
The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify capable and responsible small businesses, including Service Disabled and Veteran Owned small business authorized distributors, or any business size, capable of providing the items as listed in the attached Statement of Work.

NAICS Code: 611430 - Professional And Management Development Training

These items are for the Department of Veteran Affairs, in Orlando, FL.

Tampa Services Contracting department is requesting contractors provide Services that meets or exceed the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics.

Responses to this Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include a Capability Statement and Authorized Distributor Letter with the Business Name, Address, Point Of Contact, And Socio-Economic Status.

Are you able to provide the items listed? If so, please provide the following information:

1. Business Type. Are you a VOSB or SDVOSB?
2. Will you be submitting an exact item match or an equal product?
3. What type of quote will you be able to submit, Open Market or Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)?
4. You may add any additional information that you would like, such as price or delivery capabilities on a voluntary basis. This Is Not A Request For Quotes.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only to find potential sources.

All information is to be submitted via e-mail at Walida.MooreSaintil@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 15:00 pm EST on Tuesday, January 23rd , 2024. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to Walida.MooreSaintil@va.gov.

This notice DOES NOT CONSTITUTE a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), NOR IS THE GOVERNMENT OBLIGATED to issue an RFQ. Executive Leadership Board (ELB) Training

Background Information

The Executive Leadership Board (ELB) it the governing board of VISN 8: Sunshine Healthcare Network consisting of VISN 8 and medical center executive leadership. The board meets bi-monthly to discuss pertinent matters within the VISN and attend training. This training will assist in providing senior leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully lead their organizations.

Scope of Services

This Statement of Work is to outline the custom design, preparation, and delivery of a Business Improv experience. The trainings is targeted to engage in business Improv programs with experiential learning exercises, case studies, discussions, and custom simulations to real-world challenges.
The Training will consist of a design and customized (Title TBD) program for a group of approximately 40-50 participants.
The workshop will be designed to:
Support the overall strategy and mission of Department of Veterans Affairs
Accountability, Transferability & Sustainability How can we implement the learnings into our day-to-day life?
Strengthen participant knowledge and skills in areas that could include (dependent on runtime):
Communication Comfort, confidence and candor

Total run time is a 4-hour session.
Deliverables
Deliverable includes the following:
Design of a fully customized program
Meetings and calls with Department of Veterans Affairs to design the program
Creation of capstone exercise(s)
Organization of instructor staff
Coordination of instructor travel
Preparation for and delivery of the workshop session
