United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:

Minimum Contiguous Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,400

Space Type: Warehouse, General Office, Secured Storage, Secured Ware Yard (15,000 s.f.),

Additional Requirements: Warehouse portion requires a minimum ceiling height of 30 ft. to accommodate forklift height and three-tier pallet racks, and HVAC equivalent to office space.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
