Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified vendors to fulfill a requirement for CDC furniture and toys with the attached Salient Characteristics document. All items must meet the salient characteristics or be an "or equal" item.



Any reference to the Federal Acquisition Regulation made in this combined synopsis/solicitation is contingent upon Contracting Officer discretion and shall be regarded by general principle; the procurement of this acquisition shall align with AFI 64-301 Nonappropriated Fund Contracting Policy, Attachment 2 [Two], Mandatory NAF Contracting Requirements, paragraph A2.7, “Public Law 85-536, Small Business Act of 1958 and FAR guidance relative to small business and other award-preference programs do not apply to NAF contracting. NAF contracts shall be awarded to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the NAFI [Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality].”
