PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS): Replace the original PWS, dated 02/29/2024 with ATTACHMENT 1, PWS, dated 03/05/2024. Since numerous changes were made, the entire PWS is hereby replaced.

SITE VISIT SCHEDULED: Remains the same on Thursday, 03/07/2024, 10:00 AM, EST (Meet at the Home Oxygen Warehouse, 5910 Breckenridge Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610).

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) QUESTIONS DUE: Remains the same on Tuesday, 03/12/2024, 3:00 PM, EST
