This is the official solicitation synopsis for Oil Water Separator Services at Tyndall AFB, FL. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to skim, empty and/or clean oil water separators (OWS), sediment/sand traps, grease traps, scum from final lift station and water from underground fuel storage containment's located at Tyndall AFB, Florida as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall comply with government and commercial standards. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions and commercial practices.
The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a formal solicitation on or about 1 Sept 2022 via SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/) under the solicitation number FA481922Q0028. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562211, Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, applies to this acquisition. The size standard is $41.5 million. The contract award will be made on the basis of best value under FAR part 13. All instructions for submitting quotes will be provided in the solicitation.
The entire solicitation will be made available only on SAM.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). If necessary, register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by this Agency.
