NAWCTSD is seeking a tool to accelerate development of all sections of RFPs (Request for Proposal) to include Statement of Work/Objectives (SOO/SOW), Specification, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s) and associated supporting Acquisition documentation. NAWCTSD’s objective is to accelerate the acquisition process by leveraging Artificial Intelligence language models to automate production of the initial draft of an acquisition Request for Proposal (RFP) package. The approach aims to alleviate the manpower intensive tasks in the early acquisition process and generate a consistent draft RFP, complete with all associated documentation, for subsequent human validation and verification.
