U.S. GOVERNMENT



General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Florida



City: Multiple (Broward County)



Delineated Area:



North - Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869) traveling east on Commercial Blvd. (SR

870) to Florida's Turnpike;



East - Florida’s Turnpike traveling south to SR 736 (Davie Blvd.), then eastward

to US 1, then southward until SR 820 (Hollywood Blvd.);



South - SR 820 (Hollywood Blvd., turns into Pines Blvd.) traveling westward to

US 27;



West - US Hwy 27 northward to I-75 (Alligator Alley) and then eastward on I-75

to the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), back to Commercial Blvd. (SR 870).

- Fenced parking and building preferred



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
