The C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 110, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for a tracked stump grinder. This solicitation will be set aside to Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL product. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled.
Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The solicitation will be available on or about August 23, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about August 29, 2023, with responses due to Justin Coleman at justin.coleman1@va.gov.
